Position:  Regional Director of Program Operations

Location/Department:  Eastern Region, NY State 

Minimum Qualifications: Five years administrative experience in a child development center. Extensive Head Start experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree or related degree in, human development, psychology, social work with emphasis in child development preferred:

Accepted: Program Administrator credential or related degree with ABCD experience in various positions including Education, Health, Family Services, etc.

Summary of Duties: Responsable for operations of the ABCD centers within assigned region, including facility management, information systems, transportation, and administration of business development. Ensures that the Performance Standards and regulations are met and that agency facilities and operations are effective and efficient by working closely with agency managers to coordinate agency operations; responsable for meeting Head Start Program Performance Standards and following the agency policies and procedures.
